Question: How will I make my first Mortgage payment?
Answer: Once you sign up for a new account you will have the option to initiate a transfer from your current bank to Direct. You will then select make Mortgage Payment, select the Servicer from the list provided, access the link, import your new Routing and Account number, the payment amount and details, and you are all set!
