If you have closed a new home loan 12/01/24-01/31/25 we have extended the eligibility to receive DIRECT Home Rewards and save up to 10% on your Directors Mortgage loan amount.  If you meet requirements for DIRECT Home Rewards by 02/28/25, your home loan will be eligible to save up to 10% on your loan with DIRECT Home Rewards.

If you are an existing Home Rewards client and have signed up for a new DIRECT account in December 2024, and have met the eligibility criteria, DIRECT Home Rewards Terms & Conditions, you will also be eligible to receive Home Rewards during our pause from July 2024 through December 2024.  

New and Existing Clients sign up for a new DIRECT account on the Mobile App:

  1. You can download our mobile app for both Android DIRECT Android and Apple DIRECT Apple

  2. Follow prompts through sign-up

  3. Once approved, add your loan and property details in the appropriate fields (note if you have more than one eligible property with Direct follow the prompt as many times as necessary)

  4. If there is an alternative response other than approved, please follow instructions provided

  5. Periodically through the month you can check the status of your monthly eligibility by opening the app and accessing the Rewards tab.  If you have met the criteria a Green Met will appear, and if the criteria are unmet, it will remain gray and stated as Unmet

FAQ’s:

Q: Will my account numbers change?

A: Yes, you will be assigned a new Routing and Account Number when you sign up with Direct on Dec. 1st

Q: Can I use my same email and Password as before?

A: Yes, you will be able to use your previous email and password credentials with the new Direct account.

Q: What if I still have some money in my Direct account in November?

A: Direct will need each customer to transfer any remaining funds in their existing account to the New Account on Direct or move the funds to your original funding source to await opening a new account Dec. 1st to then transfer funds to the new account.

Q: Will my Mortgage Servicer, or payment amount, change during this cut window?

A: No, your Mortgage Servicer will remain the same and there will be no changes to the amount of your payments

Q: How will I make my first Mortgage payment?

A: Once you sign up for a new account on Dec. 1st you will have the option to initiate a transfer from your current bank to Direct.  You will then select make Mortgage Payment, select the Servicer from the list provided, access the link, import your new Routing and Account number, the payment amount and details, and you are all set!

Q: Will more information be coming?

A: Yes, we will be sending out emails and posting new updates to the Direct Home Page to include new features, tips, changes, etc.

Q: Does my Loan Officer play a role in this change?

A: If you have been a customer of Direct previously, you will work exclusively with Direct through the transition.

Q: When will I see my back rewards from the Pause?

A: Direct will be going through a vetting process to ensure we have an accurate list.  You can expect payment after the first of the year before the end of Q1

   

Q: After the Transformation is complete, will I have access to my old statements?

A: Yes, there will be an on-line portal available for the access of information post Transformation to the new platform.
